Our Aztec office is open Monday – Thursday 7:30am to 5:30pm Mountain Time, excluding holidays. The Kirtland substation and the Lee Acres substation are both staffed and available to the public from 7:00am to 12:00pm and 12:30pm to 5:30pm Monday through Thursday.
