The San Juan County Commission meets on the 1st and 3rd Tuesday of each month, with certain exceptions. The meetings are held at 4:00 pm in the Commission Room of the San Juan County Administration Building (100 South Oliver, Aztec, NM).

Attention Persons with Disabilities and Limited English Proficiency: The facilities are fully accessible to persons with mobility disabilities and limited English proficiency. If you plan to attend the meeting and will need an auxiliary aid or service or need the aid of a Spanish or Navajo interpreter, please contact the County Executive Office at least 24 hours in advance at (505) 334-4271 so that arrangements can be made.


San Juan County Commissioners have adopted specific rules of procedure for meetings.
 
Members of the public may submit items to be considered to be added to the agenda by adhering to procedure set forth. Submissions must be made 10 business days before the scheduled meeting.

 

San Juan County Commission Meetings are steamed live on YouTube and are available to be watched any time. After a live meeting, the recording remains available and archived on YouTube.

San Juan County Commission Meeting

Regular meeting of the San Juan County Commission. The public is invited to observe and give comment at the end of meetings. For more information call (505) 334-4274

San Juan County Commission meetings will be streamed live on the San Juan County YouTube Page.
 

 

To join the meeting and listen only by telephone call 1-408-418-9388, using access Code 963 963 474 . If the system requests another code, push the # sign to join. 

To join the meeting and view and listen to proceedings or make a public comment click here. You may be asked to download and install a Cisco WebEx Meeting application. After it is installed and launches, enter your information. Use password open if requested. You can choose your audio and video settings, then click 'join meeting' If you wish to comment use the 'raise hand' button to indicate you would like to speak when asked for, or request to do so in the chat. 

 


 

Due to COVID-19 precautions from the state of New Mexico, San Juan County will be following guidance from the Attorney General and the Governor of New Mexico regarding compliance with the Open Meetings Act. San Juan County facilities are closed to the public and there will be NO public in-person attendance at this meeting. The public may watch the live stream on YouTube, or listen by calling into a telephone number listed above. The recorded video will remain available after the commission meeting ends.

 


There are ample opportunities to make comment in the public comment portion of the meeting. 

 

Comments are limited to 3 minutes per person on subjects the Commission has not previously discussed, or formal action has not been taken. No formal action will be taken at this meeting which relates to comments or input from the General Public.
