Thank you for your interest in going paperless with future Notice of Value mailings!

Please read the instructions all the way though before moving on. If you have trouble, call the San Juan County Assessor’s Office, Monday thorough Thursday between 7:00 am and 5:30 pm at (505) 334-6157.

1. The link at the bottom will take you to the welcome screen. Click “Enter EagleWeb”  

2. Find your account number on the Notice of Value and enter it in the field marked “Account Number.” Click Search

 
3. Click on your account associated with that number in search results. 

 
4. Click “Verify E-mail” in the menu on the left

 

 

 

5. Enter the verification code from your Notice of Value in the box at the bottom, enter the email address you wish to receive paperless Notice of Values in the future, and click “Submit e-mail”. 

6. That’s it, you are done! You can expect your next Notice of Value in your email inbox.
