To develop instructional guidebooks to facilitate these operations.

Instruct members unfamiliar with various aspects of radio operation in the use of the software and equipment needed to perform the various operations.

To accurately handle traffic for a simulated emergency event.

To establish communications with neighboring counties to transmit and receive voice and data traffic.
