RE: Blancoponics- 181B Road 4599, Blanco NM 87412 
Blancoponics, Matthew Montoya owner, have requested variance from San Juan Ordinance 120 -Cannabis Regulation, specifically the requirement for a 300 ft buffer area between residential structures and a Cannabis Business. The proposed grow area will be located at 181 B Road 4599. 
A public hearing will be held on June 1, 2022 @ 2:00pm in the San Juan County Commission Chambers -100 S Oliver Dr, Aztec, NM 87410.
