RE: High Noon Dispensary - 2210 W. Aztec Blvd., Aztec, NM 87410
High Noon Dispensary, Bryan Johnson owner, have requested variance from San Juan Ordinance 120 -Cannabis Regulation, specifically the requirement for a 300 foot buffer area between residential structures and a Cannabis Business. The proposed grow area will be located at 2210 W. Aztec Blvd., Aztec, NM 87410
A public hearing will be held on August 17, 2022 @ 10:00 am in the San Juan County Commission Chambers - 100 S Oliver Dr, Aztec, NM 87410.
