VARIANCE HEARING

RE: Foster Farms – 574 & 576 A Road 6100, Kirtland, NM 87417

Foster Farms, Corbyn Foster business owner, has requested a variance from San Juan Ordinance 120 – Cannabis Regulation, specifically the requirement for a 300 foot buffer area between residential structures, a in residential childcare giver and a Cannabis Business. The proposed processing/grow facility will be located at 574 and 576 A Road 6100.

A public hearing will be held on September 14, 2022 @ 2:00pm in the San Juan County Commission Chambers – 100 S Oliver Dr, Aztec, NM 87410.
