Medina Cannabis, Aviance Medina business owner, has requested a variance from San Juan Ordinance 120 - Cannabis Regulation, specifically the requirement for a 300 ft buffer area between residential structures and a Cannabis Business. The proposed grow facility will be located at 18 Road 5198, Bloomfield NM 87413 
A public hearing will be held on October 3, 2022 @ 1 0:00am in the San Juan County Commission Chambers - 100 S Oliver Dr, Aztec, NM 87 410.
