VARIANCE HEARING

RE:     Burnin’ Barrel Dispensary – 5775 US 64, Farmington, NM  87401

Burnin’ Barrel Dispensary, Bryan Johnson owner, has requested a variance from San Juan Ordinance 120 – Cannabis Regulation, specifically the requirement for a 300 ft buffer area between residential structures and a Cannabis Business.  The proposed retail area will be located at 5775 US 64, Farmington, NM  87401.

A public hearing will be held on November 16, 2022 @ 9:30am in the San Juan County Commission Chambers – 100 S Oliver Dr, Aztec, NM 87410.
