VARIANCE HEARING

RE:    D&R Farms – 154 A Road 350 – Aztec, NM 87410

D&R Farms, James Duff, Lee and Scott Rogers, business owners, have requested a variance from San Juan Ordinance 120 – Cannabis Regulation, specifically the requirement for a 300 ft buffer area between residential structures and a Cannabis Business.  The proposed grow facility will be located at 154 A Road 350- Aztec, NM  87410

A public hearing will be held on January 4, 2023 @ 2:00pm in the San Juan County Commission Chambers – 100 S Oliver Dr, Aztec, NM 87410.
