VARIANCE HEARING

RE:     Blancoponics – 179 Road 4599, Blanco NM  87412

Blancoponics, Matthew Montoya owner, have requested variance from San Juan Ordinance 120 – Cannabis Regulation, specifically the requirement for a 300 ft buffer area between residential structures and a Cannabis Business.  The proposed retail sales area will be located at 179 Road 4599.

A public hearing will be held on February 7, 2023 @ 2:00pm in the San Juan County Commission Chambers – 100 S Oliver Dr, Aztec, NM 87410.
