NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
LIQUOR LICENSE
TRANSFER OF OWNERSHIP & GOVERNMENTAL LIQUOR LICENSE
The Board of County Commissioners of San Juan County has received an application from Lynette Bates Personal Representative for the Estate of Remigio Padilla, Jr., J.I.R., LLC, d/b/a Dino’s Mart & Hideaway, 405 Road 390, Farmington, New Mexico 87401, for transfer of ownership ONLY of Dispenser Liquor License #1015 owned by J.I.R., LLC located at the intersection of County Road 5570 and County Road 390, Farmington, New Mexico.
The Board of County Commissioners of San Juan County has received an application from San Juan County, d/b/a Riverview Golf Course, 64 Road 6520, Kirtland, NM 87417 for a Governmental Liquor License Application with on premises consumption only.
The applications have been consolidated for the purpose of the hearing and both applications have received preliminary approval from the State of New Mexico Alcoholic Beverage Control Division, Regulation and Licensing Department.
Pursuant to NMSA 1978, Section 60-6B-4 (1981) of the Liquor Control Act, the designated Hearing Officer, Joseph F. Sawyer, will hold a public hearing on Tuesday, March 14, 2023, at 9:00 a.m. in the Commission Chambers, San Juan County Administrative Building, 100 South Oliver Drive, Aztec, New Mexico, to take evidence for approval or disapproval of each application. Any person or persons having evidence to present or comments to offer will be heard at that time. A recording will be made of the hearing.
