NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING

BEER & WINE LIQUOR LICENSE WITH

ON-PREMISES CONSUMPTION ONLY AND PATIO SERVICE

The Board of County Commissioners of San Juan County has received an application from The Patio, LLC, 42 Road 4110, Navajo Dam, NM  87419, for a beer and wine liquor license with on-premises consumption only and patio service to be located at 42 Road 4110 in Navajo Dam, New Mexico.

This application has received preliminary approval from the State of New Mexico Alcoholic Beverage Control Division, Regulation and Licensing Department.

Pursuant to NMSA 1978, Section 60-6B-4 (1981) of the Liquor Control Act, the designated Hearing Officer, Joseph F. Sawyer, will hold a public hearing on Monday, May 15, 2023, at 9:00 a.m. in the Commission Chambers, San Juan County Administration Building, 100 South Oliver Drive, Aztec, New Mexico, to take evidence for approval or disapproval of the application for a beer and wine liquor license.  Any person or persons having evidence to present or comments to offer will be heard at that time.  A recording will be made of the hearing.
