Apokoloco, Dustin French owner, has requested variance from San Juan Ordinance 120 - Cannabis Regulation, specifically the requirement for a 300 ft buffer area between residential structures and a Cannabis Business. The proposed indoor production/grow will be located at 13 & 13 A Road 2621, Aztec NM 87410. 
A public hearing will be held on June 7, 2023@ 2:00pm in the San Juan County Commission Chambers- 100 S Oliver Dr, Aztec, NM 87410.
