VARIANCE HEARING

RE:    J&J FLOWERS, LLC – 1129 NM 516, AZTEC, NM 87410

 J&J FLOWERS, LLC, Jason O’Toole owner, has requested variance from San Juan Ordinance 120 – Cannabis Regulation, specifically the requirement for a 300 ft buffer area between residential structures and a Cannabis Business.  The proposed manufacturing/retail area will be located at 1129 NM 516, Aztec NM 87410.

A public hearing will be held on October 25th @ 8:00am in the San Juan County Commission Chambers – 100 S Oliver Dr, Aztec, NM 87410.
