TRANSFER OF OWNERSHIP

The Board of County Commissioners of San Juan County has received an application from Jesus Villalobos, d/b/a Beto’s Bar, LLC, P.O. Box 5573, Farmington, NM  87499-5573, for transfer of ownership of Dispenser Liquor License No. 0110 owned by Urban and Tina Trujillo, d/b/a Trujillo’s County Store & Lounge, located at 7418 US Highway 64 in Blanco, New Mexico.

This application has received preliminary approval from the State of New Mexico Alcoholic Beverage Control Division, Regulation and Licensing Department.

Pursuant to NMSA 1978, Section 60-6B-4 (1981) of the Liquor Control Act, the designated Hearing Officer, Joseph F. Sawyer, will hold a public hearing on Thursday, February 8, 2024, at 9:00 a.m. in the Commission Chambers, San Juan County Administration Building, 100 South Oliver Drive, Aztec, New Mexico, to take evidence for approval or disapproval of the application for transfer of ownership of Dispenser Liquor License No. 0110.  Any person or persons having evidence to present or comments to offer will be heard at that time.  A recording will be made of the hearing.
