Welcome to the Business Taxpayers’ pages of the New Mexico Taxation and Revenue Department.

On these pages you should be able to find information you need to take care of your business tax obligations to our state. Whether you are a small business owner, a large, multinational corporation, a nonprofit organization or a sole proprietor, these pages will help. NEW BUSINESS WORKSHOP

The New Business Workshop presented by NM Taxation & Revenue is a comprehensive look at the Combined Reporting System (CRS) for Gross Receipts, Withholding and Compensating Tax programs. It covers such topics as Non-Taxable Transaction Certificates, Estimated income tax payments for business owners, deductions and exemptions from Gross Receipts, special tax programs and audits. We also present e-file training.

San Juan College Small Business Development Center

The Small Business Development Center at San Juan College provides a wealth of business services to new and existing businesses.

Services provided are:

Individual and confidential business consultations at no charge
Small business workshops
Access to traditional and alternative lenders
Market research assistance
Referrals to other business assistance providers
International trade – import and export
World-class technical assistance partners: Sandia Labs, Los Alamos Labs and others

Quality Center for Business

The Big Idea @ SJC

provides a variety of equipment that may be used to prototype or build items from a variety of materials using many techniques.

Equipment includes 3D printers, a graphic design studio, metal and woodworking equipment, a technology station for robotics and other technology-based products, and fiber arts equipment.

Enterprise Center

As a certified business incubator we are a place for new and emerging businesses to succeed. With office and manufacturing space along with a wealth of business resources and acceleration programs, the Enterprise Center can provide guidance and valuable referrals to help you start or grow your business.
