Voter registration data is provided for governmental and election campaign purposes only. Pursuant to State Law, all other use is strictly prohibited and carries stiff penalties for misuse.
Voter data may only be obtained by representatives of government agencies, candidates seeking office, and representatives of candidates who are working on their campaigns.
The transfer of voter records will be via cd. We are unable to put voter records on your flash drive or transfer them over the internet.
The authorized person must sign an affidavit as to the intended use of the voter data.
