The San Juan County Commission meets on the 1st and 3rd Tuesday of each month, with certain exceptions. The meetings are held at 4:00 pm in the Commission Room of the San Juan County Administration Building (100 South Oliver, Aztec, NM).

Attention Persons with Disabilities and Limited English Proficiency: The facilities are fully accessible to persons with mobility disabilities and limited English proficiency. If you plan to attend the meeting and will need an auxiliary aid or service or need the aid of a Spanish or Navajo interpreter, please contact the County Executive Office at least 24 hours in advance at (505) 334-4271 so that arrangements can be made.


San Juan County Commissioners have adopted specific rules of procedure for meetings.
 
Members of the public may submit items to be considered to be added to the agenda by adhering to procedure set forth. Submissions must be made 10 business days before the scheduled meeting.

 

San Juan County Commission Meetings are steamed live on YouTube and are available to be watched any time. After a live meeting, the recording remains available and archived on YouTube.

Notice of Special Meeting

 

Notice is hereby given that a Special Meeting of the San Juan County Commission will be held on Tuesday July 21, 2020 from Noon to 2:00pm. The meeting, FY2021 Annual Budget Workshop will be held in the Administrative Conference Room located in the County Administration Building, 100 S. Oliver Drive, Aztec, New Mexico.

Staff and Commissioners will attend in person, the public is invited to attend via WebEx.
